Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
- Create scalable and automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
- Consolidate manual reporting processes into dynamic, self-service dashboards.
- Develop solutions that connect multiple data sources, including Microsoft SQL Server and cloud-based platforms.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of reported data.
- Act as a central point of contact for reporting and data analysis requirements.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful business insights.
- Support business functions with reports and analysis to improve decision-making and reduce manual processes.
- Assist with forecasting and modelling activities, including performance and recruitment trends.
- Support the implementation of modern BI, predictive analytics, and data science techniques.
- Develop automations and system triggers using SQL to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain existing data feeds and support the integration of new systems and databases.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and uncovering insights that help organisations make better decisions.
Essential Requirements
- Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualisations.
- Proven ability to analyse data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
- Strong experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
