Role: Lead Commercial Analyst

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week Clapham Junction, 2 days remote)

We’re one of the UK’s leading fitness businesses. With more than one million members, 265+ gyms and ambitious plans to keep growing, we’re the UK’s second-largest gym operator by membership and the fourth largest in Europe.

Our mission is simple: to break down barriers to fitness for all. We’re large enough to make a meaningful difference, but agile enough for individuals to influence how we grow. Technology, data and new ideas play a central role - and you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, challenge how things are done and see the impact of your work.

Just as importantly, we’re a people-first business where everyone is encouraged to be themselves. We’ve been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work and awarded Investors in People Gold, alongside a host of other awards recognising our culture and our people.

About the role...

This is a senior analytics role with real influence - you will partner directly with our Product and Retention teams to shape strategic decisions, design how we measure success and identify the commercial opportunities that help us keep our members and grow the business. If you are an analyst who wants to move beyond reporting and genuinely drive outcomes, this is the role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
