Scrumconnect Consulting is a leading UK digital and technology consultancy delivering impactful, user-centred digital services across the public sector. We work with government organisations to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and public services.

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst (G7 Equivalent) to join a multidisciplinary Agile team, helping shape data-driven products and services through robust analysis, reporting, and insights.

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing robust data collection processes
  • Analysing complex datasets
  • Building insightful dashboards
  • Ensuring data is secure, reliable, and suitable for strategic decision-making

Working within a multidisciplinary Agile team, you will collaborate with product managers, delivery teams, and data specialists to establish best practices for data governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

This role requires someone who can transform complex and unstructured data into meaningful insights that support business decisions and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

  • Design and implement robust data collection processes and standards
  • Establish secure methods for collecting, storing, and maintaining organisational data
  • Define data lifecycle management processes, including collection frequency, validation, and maintenance

  • Identify and utilise existing data sources where appropriate to minimise duplication

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
  • Produce actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Prepare data suitable for reporting, governance, and external publication
  • Support evidence-based recommendations through high-quality data analysis

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
