About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics department in London. This pivotal role involves leveraging data to influence strategic decisions, optimize marketing channels, and enhance customer experiences. As part of our team, you will analyze and interpret complex data sets to uncover insights that drive our marketing efforts, from brand awareness campaigns to conversion strategies. Your work will directly impact how we communicate with our customers, identify growth opportunities, and refine our marketing tactics to deliver more personalized and effective messaging. The position offers a hybrid working model, requiring presence in our London office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility for remote work on other days. This role provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth, allowing you to work across various projects and collaborate with different teams within the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in SQL, with experience using Python for automation, modeling, and experimentation. You should have a background in CRM or customer-focused analytical roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer journeys and marketing analytics. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to articulate complex insights to stakeholders with varied backgrounds and influence decision-making effectively. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau is preferred, along with the ability to develop operational and financial models, synthesize recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership. A proactive approach, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, BigQuery, Tableau, and Python to analyze marketing data and uncover actionable insights.
  • Deepening understanding of CRM programs and collaborating with marketing teams to optimize the customer journey.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnosing trends, and automating reports to ensure timely and accurate insights.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities within marketing campaigns and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Developing analytical models and tools to enhance our analytical capabilities and support strategic initiatives.
  • Influencing marketing strategies through data interpretation and presenting findings to stakeholders to guide decision-making.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of marketing performance by analyzing channel effectiveness and customer segmentation.
