About The Role

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools. A proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential qualities. Additionally, candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and aligning their skills with client requirements.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Managing the administrative aspects of recruitment, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating with team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the hiring process.
