About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring companies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to implement innovative solutions that enhance our platform's functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for problem-solving, and a desire to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in full-stack or back-end development, with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java.
- Solid understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust features for the Hackajob platform.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality code and optimal platform performance.
- Identify areas for improvement within the platform and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance platform capabilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure platform reliability.
