Qualifications

• Proven experience in e-learning content development, instructional design, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms.
• Excellent multimedia skills, including video editing, graphic design, and animation.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and integration processes.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with current trends and best practices in online education and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective online learning content aligned with curriculum objectives and industry standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and understand content requirements and translate them into compelling learning modules.
• Create multimedia elements including videos, animations, quizzes, and simulations to enhance learner engagement.
• Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and adheres to best practices in instructional design and e-learning standards.
• Review and update existing courses to maintain relevance and accuracy in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
• Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules across different platforms and devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain organized documentation of course materials, version control, and project timelines.
• Stay informed about emerging trends in online education, instructional technology, and digital pedagogy to continuously improve course offerings.
