Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Data Analyst. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support business decisions and optimize performance. Core tasks include performing data modeling, creating data visualizations, identifying trends and patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address data-related challenges. The role requires transforming raw data into actionable insights and effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics
- Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard creation & DAX)
- Proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, optimization)
- Solid understanding of Statistics and experience applying statistical methodologies
- Expertise in Data Modeling for structuring and organizing data effectively
- Strong Communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating with teams
- Familiarity with programming languages like SQL, Python, or R is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience with APIs and data integration
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience working in outsourcing or agency environments
