About The Role
The Business & Data Analyst - Graduate Opportunity at Creideas is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates eager to develop their skills in data analysis, market research, and business development. This 12-month fixed-term role offers a unique chance to gain practical experience within a global professional services environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals, supporting various projects that involve analyzing data, researching markets, and identifying commercial opportunities. The role is hybrid, providing flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in Glasgow, and offers a competitive salary of 25,000. This position is ideal for individuals with a curious mindset, strong analytical skills, and a keen interest in how data can inform strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a relevant degree or academic background, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, relationships, and potential commercial opportunities.
- Conduct research into organizations, markets, and potential clients to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize CRM data and other sources to develop insights and identify patterns.
- Work with large datasets using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to support analysis and reporting.
- Assist in the creation and management of target lists and commercial research activities.
- Prepare research reports, briefings, and insights for senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance the quality and accuracy of CRM and commercial data systems.
- Support marketing and business development campaigns through data-driven insights.
- Leverage AI and digital tools to improve research efficiency, analysis, and productivity.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different teams and levels of seniority to deliver project objectives.
- Contribute to initiatives that help identify and develop new business opportunities, supporting growth strategies.
