About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our expanding delivery team remotely within the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects with enterprise clients, helping to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting technology and business transformation initiatives by analyzing data, creating compelling visualizations, and supporting data migration activities. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy blending technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, reporting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a data analysis role
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and ETL processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Solid understanding of data modelling, dashboard creation, and data transformation techniques
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Python, SQL, PowerShell, and data migration projects is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and validating large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Building insightful dashboards and visualizations to facilitate data interpretation
- Producing comprehensive project and operational reports tailored to client needs
- Supporting data migration and transformation activities to ensure seamless data integration
- Creating meaningful reports for both technical teams and business stakeholders to enable informed decision-making
- Investigating and resolving data quality issues to maintain data integrity
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions accordingly
- Presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
