About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the planning, execution, and delivery of audiovisual and digital signage projects. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Project Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to innovative projects, and develop a comprehensive understanding of the audiovisual industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the audiovisual, technology, or construction sectors is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- A solid understanding of audiovisual systems, digital signage solutions, and technical specifications.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multiple audiovisual and digital signage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and managing expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate delays or problems.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and change orders.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper installation, configuration, and testing of audiovisual equipment and digital signage systems.
- Assist in procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and purchase order management.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure that all deliverables meet client specifications and industry standards.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on project processes and recommending enhancements.
