Graduate Data Analyst – Entry Level | No Experience Required
About the Role
Are you a recent Data Analytics graduate looking to start your career in data analysis and business intelligence? We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Graduate Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for graduates who enjoy working with data, identifying trends, solving business problems, and turning data into meaningful insights.
No prior professional experience is required. Graduates will have the opportunity to develop practical skills through training, mentoring, and exposure to real-world data analytics projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from different sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Use SQL to extract and analyse data from databases.
- Create data visualisations to communicate findings clearly.
- Support KPI tracking and business performance reporting.
- Assist with forecasting, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Perform data quality checks and investigate inconsistencies.
- Work with different teams to understand their data and reporting requirements.
- Document analysis, findings, and reporting processes.
- Assist in improving and automating recurring reports.
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.
