Salary:

  • £30,264 to £37,830 per annum (London)
  • £27,680 to £34,599 per annum (National)

Hours:

36 hours per week

About the Role

We have an exciting and new opportunity to join our Procurement team, working as a Data Analyst. You’ll provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data insights that will enable informed decision-making across the Procurement function. You’ll ensure that compliance, spend, supplier, and performance data is collated, analysed, and translated into clear intelligence to support operational efficiency and strategic supplier management.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrable working knowledge of data analysis techniques, including the ability to interpret, cleanse, and structure data to produce meaningful insight.
  • In-depth proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation functions suitable for analytical work.
  • Ability to present data clearly and accurately through reports, charts, or dashboards, ensuring stakeholders can understand trends, risks, and performance indicators.
  • Working knowledge of procurement, contract management, or commercial data, sufficient to understand and interpret compliance, spend, and supplier activity information.
