The Role
- Develop and implement reward strategies
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support reward initiatives
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align reward programs with organizational goals
- Provide insights and recommendations based on reward data
- Ensure compliance with relevant reward regulations

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Reward professional
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Passion for leveraging data to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What's On Offer
- Competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000 per year
