We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

Following the acquisition of Brookson by People2.0, the scope and impact of the Data & Analytics team has continued to grow. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team at a time when data is playing an increasingly important role in supporting business decisions and driving improvements across the organisation.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex data challenges and turning data into meaningful insights and practical solutions. You'll investigate data, develop reports and analytical solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver valuable outcomes.

You'll be naturally curious, confident challenging and validating the information in front of you, and capable of translating business problems into data-driven solutions. You'll enjoy working with unfamiliar datasets, identifying trends, and presenting information in a way that supports informed decision-making.

While we'll provide the business context and support you in understanding our organisation, we're looking for someone who can bring strong analytical thinking, technical capability, and a desire to make an impact from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
