Responsibilities
- Analyze product, user, and job market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Use SQL and analytical tools to create reports and dashboards
- Define and track key product and business metrics
- Support experiments and evaluate feature performance
- Identify data quality issues and help improve analytical workflows
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
- Recent graduate or graduating soon in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or Python
- Understanding of basic statistics, data analysis, and experimentation
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely within the United Kingdom

Preferred
- Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
- Familiarity with product analytics, recommendation systems, or search
- Experience working with large or messy datasets
- Previous internship, research, or analytics project experience
