About HUB

HUB is an integrated marketing agency based in Leeds. We are a collection of creative and technically skilled individuals, who have all been carefully selected to deliver the talent and enthusiasm needed to successfully deliver quality services for our clients. We’ve been working hard for over 19 years to achieve our vision.

HUB opened its doors in January 2007 as a startup, driven by three passionate individuals with a determination to succeed. Since then, the agency has recruited diverse and skilled individuals who fit with our ethos. These people have helped us grow to become a thriving business.

The company is built on a simple foundation of driving success for our clients, which ultimately means success for HUB. The core of our philosophy is that hard work and great ideas deliver both our vision and that of our clients, creating rewarding careers for talented individuals along the way.

The Role

We are seeking an adaptable and highly skilled Data Analyst with Power BI expertise to join our agency. In this role, you will be supporting with the development of the custom Power BI dashboards we offer to our clients as well as scrutinising the data in an analyst capacity.

Because our clients’ needs vary, you will not be looking at just marketing data. You will ingest, model, and visualize data across multiple business functions—including marketing performance, sales pipelines, e-commerce transactions, inventory/stock levels, and operational metrics. The ideal candidate would be able to connect data from several systems (Big Query database, Google Sheets etc), build scalable data models, and present intuitive dashboards that our clients love to use.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

You will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into impactful data visualisations that support strategic decision-making.

Main Duties

  • Client Requirements & Scoping: Consult with clients and internal account managers to understand specific business goals, identify key metrics (marketing, sales, inventory, etc.), and scope custom dashboard requirements.
  • Custom Power BI Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive, white-labelled Power BI reports tailored to individual client needs. Ensure UI/UX best practices so dashboards are intuitive for non-technical clients.
