Compensation: Up to AED 25,000/month (tax-free) + monthly performance bonus of up to 10% of base
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) with relocation assistance and visa support
Growth path from here is Senior Data Analyst → Analytics Engineer. What takes 4-5 years elsewhere happens in 1-2 here.
We've been AI-first since December 2023: Every analysis ships with an LLM validation link, and agentic workflows are in the analysis pipeline, not a pilot. You'd be building on a foundation, not evangelising one.
Role Overview:
Puffy, a market-leading, nine-figure D2C brand and Top 5 US mattress brand with over $1Billion in sales, is hiring a Data Analyst (On-site in Dubai) to own the full experimentation program, from hypothesis to business recommendation, with ownership over test design, statistical analysis, data pipelines, and cross-functional delivery, reporting directly to the Analytics Manager.
This role exists to convert raw platform and site data into tested, statistically validated recommendations that marketing, UX, and development act on the same week, building the experimentation infrastructure and analytical rigor that let growth decisions run on evidence rather than intuition.
The Problems You'll Own:
Primary:
- Turn every experiment into a decision, not a readout: We run A/B tests across the e-commerce platform but the gap is in what happens after the data comes in. You take test results and turn them into clear, statistically solid recommendations: what worked, what didn't, why, and what to do next. You need to be able to go deep at the segment, device, and source level to find what top-line reporting misses.
Secondary:
- Build the self-serve data infrastructure so experimentation scales: Our experiment data comes from first-party clickstream we built ourselves, millions of events a day joined against Shopify orders, ad platforms, and our own customer data in BigQuery. Traffic, identity stitching, and attribution gaps can quietly flip a result. You write the SQL and dbt models behind your own analyses, check the data before trusting it, and flag what's broken rather than reporting a number you can't stand behind.
The Career Accelerator:
This is not a role where you inherit a reporting setup and maintain it.
- The scope is scarce: very few Data Analysts get simultaneous ownership over hypothesis generation, test design, statistical analysis, pipeline architecture, and business recommendation, with direct access to leadership and no reporting queue in between.
- Your first 12 months: build and own data pipelines across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery from scratch. Design and run A/B tests end-to-end across a high-volume e-commerce platform. Orchestrate agentic AI workflows to accelerate analysis at scale. Map user journeys across devices, segments, and traffic sources to surface the non-obvious conversion drivers. Contribute to a structured hypothesis pipeline with clear test briefs and upfront success criteria. - You build your own pipelines across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery. No waiting in a queue for data, no presenting metrics without a point of view. You design the test, run the analysis, and deliver a recommendation clear enough that marketing, UX, and development can act on it the same week.
- You report to the Analytics Manager, but the experimentation output is yours to drive. Within 12 months, you'll have more hands-on testing reps than analysts accumulate in three years elsewhere.

Become the Person Who Knows Why Things Convert
- In most companies, analysts report numbers. Here, you're the person who tells the business what to change and why. When a test wins or loses, your analysis is the reason leadership moves. You'll build the instinct to separate signal from noise across segments, devices, and traffic sources, and the communication skills to make non-technical stakeholders act on what you find. Puffy has been AI-First since December 2023, so you'll build that judgment with an AI-native toolbox behind you rather than a reporting queue in front of you.
What You'll Need:
- 3+ years in data analysis, experimentation, or CRO within e-commerce, D2C, or any high-traffic transactional website (fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, banking)
- Strong SQL: complex joins, window functions, CTEs across large datasets without relying on pre-built dashboards
- Working Python (or R) for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation
- Proven A/B testing experience: hypothesis design through statistical analysis to business recommendation; solid grasp of sample sizing, significance thresholds, and common pitfalls
- Hands-on GA4 experience: event-based tracking, custom explorations, and the ability to tie GA4 data to other sources
- Experience integrating ad platform data (Google Ads, Meta) with site analytics to see the full acquisition-to-conversion funnel
- Ability to independently connect to and pull from multiple data sources (APIs, warehouses, flat files) without engineering support
- Sharp analytical communication: complex findings distilled into concise recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and curious: you spot testing opportunities and chase root causes before anyone asks

Good-to-Have:
- Experience with BigQuery or AWS data warehousing, including scheduled queries and data modeling
- Familiarity with session replay and heatmap tools (FullStory, Hotjar) for qualitative behavioral analysis
- Background in Looker, Tableau, or similar dashboarding tools
