Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational culture.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the company’s CRM and ATS systems.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of recruitment campaigns and candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in negotiating terms and closing placements, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
