We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Technology & Data practice, working with clients to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI and Microsoft stack experience, alongside solid SQL and data-modelling capability. You’ll work across reporting, visualisation and modern data environments, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects and Product Owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models, including Star Schema/Kimball principles.
- Work with engineering and architecture teams across the data lifecycle.
- Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Identify and resolve data-quality issues.
- Support data governance, metric definitions and data cataloguing.
- Present findings clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of reporting workstreams within wider engagements.

What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years' experience in data analytics, BI, reporting or visualisation.
- Experience in consulting, professional services or a client-facing environment.
- Strong Power BI, Microsoft stack and SQL skills.
- Good understanding of data modelling and data warehousing.
- Exposure to modern Lakehouse/Medallion architectures.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ideally a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline.

Desirable
- Tableau, Looker, Microsoft Fabric, data governance and data cataloguing experience.
