We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing Technology & Data practice, working with clients to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI and Microsoft stack experience, alongside solid SQL and data-modelling capability. You’ll work across reporting, visualisation and modern data environments, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects and Product Owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and semantic models.
  • Translate client requirements into clear, actionable reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain data models, including Star Schema/Kimball principles.
  • Work with engineering and architecture teams across the data lifecycle.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Identify and resolve data-quality issues.
  • Support data governance, metric definitions and data cataloguing.
  • Present findings clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of reporting workstreams within wider engagements.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years' experience in data analytics, BI, reporting or visualisation.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services or a client-facing environment.
  • Strong Power BI, Microsoft stack and SQL skills.
  • Good understanding of data modelling and data warehousing.
  • Exposure to modern Lakehouse/Medallion architectures.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ideally a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical discipline.
