About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality online course content that aligns with industry standards and learner needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning tools. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and technical teams to create engaging learning modules, assessments, and multimedia materials.   • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in e-learning content development, instructional design, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE or SAM.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
  • Experience with multimedia creation, including video editing, graphic design, and audio production, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging, interactive, and effective online course content aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather accurate and relevant content for course development.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to create assessments, quizzes, and activities that reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Integrate multimedia elements such as videos, animations, and graphics to enhance learner engagement.
  • Maintain and update existing courses to ensure content remains current and relevant.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on course materials to ensure technical functionality and content accuracy.
  • Assist in the implementation of new e-learning tools and platforms as required.
  • Provide support and training for instructors and learners on using the online learning platform.
