We're searching for a talented Data Analyst with Power BI experience to join our client's established Data Analytics team and support the design and delivery of custom dashboards for clients; working with data across marketing, sales, e-commerce, inventory, and operations - connecting sources such as BigQuery and Google Sheets, building scalable data models, and creating intuitive, insight-driven dashboards that support business decision-making
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Client Requirements & Scoping: Work with clients and account managers to define goals, key metrics, and dashboard requirements.
- Custom Power BI Development: Design, build, and maintain white-labelled Power BI reports tailored to client needs, with intuitive UX for non-technical users.
- Diverse Data Integration: Extract and transform data from a range of client sources, including marketing platforms, SQL databases, and Excel files.
- Data Modelling & DAX: Build scalable data models in Power BI and use advanced DAX to create KPIs, time-based metrics, and cross-functional reports.
- External Sharing & Security: Manage Power BI workspaces, apps, and sharing, including Row-Level Security to protect client data.
- Client Presentation & Support: Present dashboards to clients, explain insights, answer questions, and refine reports based on feedback.
- Data Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot data issues, monitor refreshes, and ensure the accuracy of client reporting.

Skills & Experience:
- Please note that we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.
- Previous experience as a Data & Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar is essential.
- Experience working in a Marketing Agency or Consultancy, or an internal role working with eCommerce data.
- Confident skills & professional experience in Power BI Desktop and Service, including Power Query (M), complex DAX, data modelling, and workspace administration.
- Confident communicating with both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and joining data from various relational databases.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and Power Query.
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, pivot between different client requests, and make sense of unstructured client data.
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and knowledge of Python or R would be desirable.
