We are working with a large public sector healthcare organisation, dedicated to improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency through data-driven insights.
The Role
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret complex data from various systems.
- Translate investigative and operational activity into meaningful reports, trend analyses, and performance insights.
- Support service improvement initiatives, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within complex datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with operational and non-technical teams to drive effective use of data.

What You'll Need
- Strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Proven experience analyzing data from multiple systems and sources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with case management systems and investigating operational data.
- Ability to investigate, interpret, and effectively utilize data to provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Experience producing comprehensive reports and presenting findings.
