The Role:

We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team and support evidence-based decision-making across a range of social housing regeneration projects.
Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, operational staff, and clients, you'll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that help drive performance, improve services, and demonstrate the positive impact of our work.
Our client is a specialist regeneration company delivering refurbishment, retrofit, maintenance, and improvement projects across the social housing sector. Our work helps housing providers create safer, more sustainable, and higher-quality homes while improving outcomes for residents and communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple business systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Monitor KPIs across operational, commercial, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and sustainability performance.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for senior management and clients.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Support data-driven decision-making across departments.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and recommend improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company policies.
- Assist with forecasting, benchmarking, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes and data governance.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualisation tools.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to present data in a clear, engaging, and meaningful way.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
