About the role

As our security programme grows, we need a scalable way to measure control effectiveness, automate evidence collection, and provide continuous visibility into our security posture.

As our Security Analyst, you’ll join the Security team and build the data and automation capabilities that underpin our security programme. You’ll work across Security to design scalable data pipelines, data models, integrations, and automations that transform security data into insights that inform decision making. Your work will enable better operational decision making, reduce manual effort, and strengthen our ability to support customer, auditor, and regulatory commitments.

You’ll help make security governance continuous. You’ll partner with Security Engineering, IT, and Engineering teams to automate evidence collection, measure control effectiveness, and establish the foundations for a data-driven security programme.

This is a rare opportunity to build Wayve’s security analytics capability from the ground up. You’ll define the architecture, data models, and automations that become the foundation for how we measure and improve security.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re motivated by replacing manual processes with scalable engineering solutions and believe security data should be automated, continuously available, and actionable.

Key responsibilities

  • Build our security data platform
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that collect, transform, and enrich security data from systems across our business.
  • Integrate data from identity, cloud, engineering, and security platforms to create a unified view of Wayve’s security posture.
  • Build robust data models that provide high fidelity datasets for security analytics, operational reporting, and measuring control effectiveness.
  • Design analytics products and visualisations that provide meaningful insights into the health, maturity, and performance of the security programme.
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, reliability, observability, and maintainability across our security analytics platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
