The Opportunity

A leading UK healthcare organisation is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly data-driven business where reporting, analytics, and commercial insight play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making and continued growth. You will work across finance, operations, and technology teams, taking ownership of reporting processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering meaningful insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop finance reporting and management information.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and business planning activities.
  • Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Manage and maintain financial and operational data within SQL environments.
  • Produce board-level reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Analyse financial, operational, and commercial performance data.
  • Build new reports and continuously improve existing reporting processes.
  • Investigate data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

About You

  • Previous experience as a Data Analyst, Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Experience working with SQL and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
