The Role
- Own and lead the Advanced Analytics roadmap for your business area.
- Lead a high performing analytics team, setting the standard for analytical excellence.
- Set the technical direction and oversee complex analytical initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, shaping business strategy.
- Collaborate across Consumer Strategy and the wider analytics community.
What You'll Need
- Demonstrated success influencing commercial and strategic decisions through advanced analytics.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate analytical insight into business implications.
- Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions at Director level and above.
- Intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems.
- Expertise in advanced analytics, with deep knowledge of statistical, predictive and AI techniques.
- Demonstrable experience leading analytics teams in a commercial environment.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in analysing large scale customer and behavioural data.
- Experience applying advanced analytical techniques to solve business problems.
