NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Data · Oxfordshire Skills Bootcamp
Full-time · Fixed-term, 4 months · Starts November 2026
£11,500 to £15,000 for the contract (£35k to £45k annualised), PAYE
Mostly remote, with 6 to 10 in-person days in Oxford.
You know data analysis because you've done it, and somewhere along the way you became the person who could make it land for someone else. The dashboard that finally made sense. The "so what" a stakeholder needed.
This role is that, for a cohort of career-changers on our Oxfordshire Skills Bootcamp. You'll deliver our NCFE Level 3 Certificate in Data over 10 weeks, mostly online plus a handful of in-person days in Oxford, and carry the cohort from first session to final submission.

We're a startup, so how we coach is still evolving, and we'd want you helping shape it.
What you'll do
- Deliver live online sessions and in-person days from prepared session packs
- Run drop-ins, office hours and one-to-ones so nobody quietly falls behind
- Mark NCFE unit submissions using our AI-assisted flow in iO Academy: review the AI-drafted feedback, make the final judgement and write feedback learners can act on
- Spot learners at risk early, put additional learning support (ALS) plans into practice, and teach inclusively so everyone can keep up
- Keep interventions, contact and progress up to date in Aptem, to the standard a regulated provider needs
- Run onboarding and exit conversations, and support learners with CVs, portfolios and interview prep as they move into data roles

What we're looking for
- Real data analysis experience, from work, study or serious projects
- Hands-on with Excel, SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Confident explaining technical ideas to people from non-technical backgrounds
- Patient, organised, and energised by seeing other people get good at something
- An inclusive approach: you adapt so learners with different needs and starting points all get there
- Able to attend the in-person days in Oxford
- Skills Bootcamp delivery experience is a bonus
A teaching qualification isn't required. If you don't have the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), we fund it and you'll work towards it during the contract.
The essentials
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of around 4 months, from November 2026 to the week after the programme ends
- Learners start on 23 November. We close for two weeks over Christmas and New Year
- Mostly remote, with 6 to 10 in-person days in Oxford across the programme
- Pay: £11,500 to £15,000 for the contract (£35k to £45k annualised), paid through PAYE
- Enhanced DBS, safeguarding and Prevent training, and the right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)
- Progression: depending on programme volume, there's a real route into further bootcamp delivery, trainer or apprenticeship coaching roles with us

Location
You can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as you can get to Oxford for the in-person days. If you're in London, you're welcome at our E1 office to work alongside the rest of the team.
How we hire
A short screening call, a session with our delivery team that includes a short sample of your teaching, and a final conversation. We move quickly, as the role starts on 2 November.
