About the Program
Ededge's Data Analyst Training & Internship Program is designed for students, recent graduates, and aspiring data professionals who want to build a strong foundation in data analytics while gaining practical industry experience.
This comprehensive remote program combines structured training with hands-on internship projects, enabling participants to develop technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business problem-solving skills. Throughout the program, participants will receive mentorship from industry professionals, work with real-world datasets, and create dashboards and reports that showcase their abilities.
Whether you're looking to launch your career in Data Analytics, strengthen your portfolio, or transition into a data-driven role, this program provides the guidance and practical exposure needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize structured and unstructured datasets.
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify trends and business insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
- Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate data.
- Validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Support the development of KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Collaborate with mentors and fellow interns on real-world analytics projects.
- Present findings through clear reports and data visualizations.
- Continuously enhance analytical and technical skills through guided learning sessions.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Introductory understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis is preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
