About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This permanent, full-time position is based in Castle Donington, offering an exciting opportunity to take ownership of product and pricing data across multiple systems. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product information, ensuring seamless operations and supporting strategic decision-making processes. With responsibilities spanning data entry, validation, analysis, and reporting, this role provides a comprehensive platform for professional growth within a growing business environment. The salary range for this position is £35,000 to £40,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data management and analysis, with experience working with ERP systems and data platforms. Familiarity with Business Central and Linnworks is highly advantageous. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, pivot tables, and data validation, is essential. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI will be considered a significant plus, enabling more sophisticated data analysis and reporting capabilities. Candidates should demonstrate a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and an ability to interpret complex data sets. Prior experience working with diverse data types and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also desirable qualities.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining accurate product records, which involves entering detailed information such as pricing, dimensions, and categories.
- Diligent management of cost and customer pricing, validating updates to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions to uphold data integrity.
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and streamline workflows, fostering continuous improvement.
- Conducting routine audits to identify and rectify errors.
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to enhance overall data accuracy.
- Analyzing product and pricing data to identify trends and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Producing comprehensive reports, developing KPIs, and presenting findings to relevant stakeholders to inform business strategies.
