A world-leading recruitment service is partnering with a public sector organisation to find a skilled professional.
This organisation is dedicated to providing essential services, improving infrastructure, and fostering community development, offering a critical role in data management and project coordination.
The Role
- Work closely with lead analysts on critical data cleansing and improvement projects, specifically related to housing asset management systems.
- Support comprehensive data validation, cleansing, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Monitor and report on the progress of various projects, ensuring timely delivery and identifying potential issues.
- Facilitate accountability for project delivery by tracking actions and highlighting any slippage.
- Assist with project coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement for asset management system improvement programs.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within housing, local government, asset management, or similar public sector environments.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and ensuring high data quality.
- Ability to manage and monitor multiple workstreams and projects concurrently.
- Good project management and organisational skills, with experience tracking milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies.
- Comfort in holding project leads accountable for delivery and providing regular progress updates.
- Desirable experience with asset data systems like MRI Asset Management or Orchard, and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power BI.
