The Role
- Support the day-to-day management of research databases, including data input, cleaning, querying, and analysis.
- Conduct data cleaning, querying, and manipulation.
- Maintain and develop Excel workbooks for research and analysis, using advanced functions.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI to manipulate data and produce analytical reports.
- Communicate findings clearly and appropriately to diverse stakeholders.
- Take ownership of individual projects, objectives, and targets within the research team.

What You'll Need
- Strong practical data analysis experience with complex, sensitive datasets in a research environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with Power Query and Macros.
- Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation tools such as Power BI, Access, SQL, R, and/or Python.
- Experience gathering, managing, manipulating, and analysing complex and sensitive data.
- Experience working with large-scale research projects and datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
