Data Analyst | London | Hybrid (4 days onsite)
I’m working with a high-growth, VC-backed logistics tech company that is transforming how goods move in the e-commerce world. They’re looking for a Data Analyst to take ownership of how courier performance is measured, understood, and improved across their Last Mile network.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own analytics around courier performance and fleet quality
- Design and evaluate experiments to improve operational outcomes
- Analyse trade-offs between speed, quality, and risk
- Build segmentation, risk scores, and performance frameworks
- Partner closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations
- Turn complex data into clear decisions and measurable impact

What they’re looking for:
- Strong Senior-level Data Analytics experience
- Advanced SQL
- Experience with experimentation / A-B testing
- Comfortable with segmentation, risk scoring, and operational analytics
- Strong commercial & problem-solving mindset
- Able to work autonomously and influence non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in logistics, marketplaces, performance management, or operational analytics would be a bonus.
