What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our operations forward. Your analytical skills will help us optimise our processes and enhance our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

- Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with SQL or similar database management systems.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with warehousing or logistics operations.
