About TempLedger
TempLedger is the intelligent workspace for operations that run on agency labour. A site running hundreds of agency workers coordinates schedules, attendance, queries, and billing across systems that do not talk to each other, and everyone pays for it in cost and productivity. TempLedger brings the operation into one place, gives the client and their agencies the same live picture, and surfaces the cost and productivity insights hidden in the chaos. It was designed by people who ran these operations at scale, and it is built for the people who run them now.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role
You will work with the data that runs high-volume staffed operations: schedules, attendance, fulfilment, agency performance, and cost. You will build the reports and analysis that show clients where their money and productivity go, and you will help shape how insights are presented inside the product.

The work is varied: analysis for live client operations, internal reporting, and supporting the founding team with the numbers behind commercial decisions.
Who this suits
You are comfortable in Excel and curious about data. SQL or BI tools are useful but trainable. What matters more is interest in real operations: warehouses, food production, logistics, the places where the economy is physical. Experience in or around staffing, workforce, or operations data is a strong plus.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
