About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Recruitment Consultant. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to presenting suitable matches to clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our client relationships, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.   • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong graduates with a passion for talent acquisition are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Negotiate employment offers and facilitate onboarding processes for successful candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the company's CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance service delivery.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and market presence.
