The Role
Analyse financial and operational data to provide actionable insights for business performance and strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports, identifying variances, trends, and drivers.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, including service delivery efficiency, utilisation rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for operational initiatives and support business case development.
- Maintain and enhance reporting systems, dashboards, and data visualisation tools, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

What You'll Need
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or business analysis, ideally within a service organisation.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering impactful insights that influenced business decisions.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Understanding of financial statements, management accounting principles, and cost analysis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.
