About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex technology solutions that align with our clients' strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to develop scalable, efficient, and innovative systems. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and modern software development practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding project execution, ensuring technical excellence, and delivering solutions that meet high standards of quality and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive experience with architectural frameworks and methodologies, including TOGAF or Zachman.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or CISSP are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive architecture solutions that address client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand technical needs and translate them into viable architecture models.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Document architecture designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging technology trends and incorporate innovative approaches into solution design.
