What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with various teams and report directly to the Data Analytics Manager. Your analytical skills will help us understand our customers better and enhance their experience with Boots.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience with SQL or Python for data manipulation.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with retail or e-commerce data.
