Qualifications

The successful candidate will typically possess a minimum of [X] years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field. A strong understanding of home improvement products, tools, and DIY solutions is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional certifications or training in retail management, sales, or relevant technical areas considered advantageous. Prior experience with inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and visual merchandising will be beneficial.

  • Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and processing transactions accurately.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, participate in promotional activities, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and upholding the company’s policies and procedures.
