Lead a team, stay hands-on and turn business challenges into working data and AI solutions.
We’re recruiting for a global financial services business based in Belfast. This role combines technical development, team leadership and direct engagement with senior decision-makers across the organisation.
You’ll own the day-to-day effectiveness of the Power BI environment, develop analytical products and explore practical uses of AI and automation. From commercial forecasting to client intelligence, you’ll take ideas through discovery, prototyping, delivery and adoption.

- Build and improve Power BI semantic models, reports and dashboards using DAX, Power Query and SQL.
- Manage platform operations, access, performance, releases and technical standards.
- Develop HTML dashboards and web-based analytical applications.
- Prototype solutions using generative AI, Copilot, AI agents and automation.
- Lead and develop BI and analytics colleagues, setting priorities and reviewing delivery quality.
- Work with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and demonstrate business value.
What you’ll bring
- Advanced Power BI development and platform management skills, alongside strong SQL.
- Experience leading or coordinating analytics teams and delivering solutions from initial requirements through to adoption.
- Practical HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience.
- Experience applying AI or automation to business problems.
- Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric.
