As our Energy & Resources business continues to grow, we're building a network of data professionals who are passionate about turning information into insight and helping project teams make smarter, evidence-based decisions. You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio spanning Hydropower, Transmission & Distribution, Nuclear, Waste & Generation, and Minerals & Resources, supporting projects that are shaping a more sustainable future.
About The Role
As a Data Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of our digital delivery capability, helping transform complex datasets into meaningful insights that drive better business and project outcomes.
Working alongside technical specialists, project teams and business leaders, you'll collect, structure and analyse data from a variety of sources, developing dashboards, reports and analytical solutions that provide clarity and support decision-making. You'll be involved in everything from improving data quality and governance to building automated reporting processes and identifying trends that help projects perform more effectively.
This is an opportunity to influence how data is used across a growing business, whilst working with modern analytics tools and technologies in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Your Impact
In This Role, You'll
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help teams make informed decisions.
- Develop engaging dashboards, reports and visualisations that bring data to life.
- Help improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of data across projects and business functions.
- Support performance monitoring through KPI reporting and analytics.
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement that drive greater efficiency and value.
- Streamline processes through automation and smarter data workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to a culture where data is trusted, understood and used to support better outcomes.
About You
We're keen to hear from people who are naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and are passionate about using data to make a real impact.
You'll Likely Bring
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a similar data-focused role.
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel and data visualisation.
- Experience with data preparation, cleansing and transformation.
- Knowledge of Power Query, SQL and data modelling principles.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPIs and reporting solutions.
- An understanding of data governance and data quality best practice.
- Experience improving processes through automation and analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
