Role Overview
Join our Data Analytics team as a Data Analytics Engineer where you will design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and analytics solutions. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes
- Develop analytics dashboards and visualization tools
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML models
- Optimize query performance and data processing efficiency
- Implement data quality monitoring and validation frameworks
- Document data architecture and maintain technical specifications
- Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
- Experience with ETL tools (Airflow, dbt, Spark)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Understanding of data modeling and database design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
