Graduate Data Analyst (Entry-Level | No Experience Required)
About the Role
Are you a recent Data Analytics graduate looking to launch your career in data-driven decision making? We are seeking a motivated and analytical Graduate Data Analyst to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and helping businesses make informed decisions.
No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you build a successful career in data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to support decision-making.
- Assist in creating and maintaining Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.
- Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.
- Support business teams by providing analytical insights and recommendations.
- Write basic SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Assist with forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
- Document analytical processes and maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects.
- Present findings in a clear and understandable manner to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and analytical tools.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Basic programming knowledge in Python or R is an advantage.
- Understanding of data visualization principles.
- Knowledge of databases and relational data concepts.
- Academic projects, internships, or portfolio projects involving data analysis are beneficial but not required.
