Your first job out of university doesn't have to be sitting in a support queue.

Most graduate analyst roles are about executing tasks someone else designed. This one is about building the infrastructure.

A rapidly growing investment firm managing €1 billion+ in assets is looking for an exceptional graduate to join its deliberately small Data & Analytics team. From day one, you will own meaningful problems, shape decisions that have lasting impact, and work directly with the people running the business.

This is the rare graduate role where you won't spend your first year learning the ropes; you'll spend it building something that matters.

Why this opportunity is different

Real ownership from day one. The firm's Data & Analytics team is intentionally small. That means there's no hierarchy of busywork between you and meaningful work. You will build data infrastructure, improve legacy datasets, and automate reporting processes that directly serve the investment team. Your work enables faster decisions, better analysis, and more sophisticated investment strategies.

Working with people who actually know finance. Your Data Analytics Manager and the senior stakeholders you work with every day are serious investors and operators. You'll learn how investment decisions actually get made, see real market data, understand the commercial impact of your work. This beats watching a corporate training video by about a thousand miles.

Genuine Autonomy The firm operates with an entrepreneurial culture and expects you to be a self-starter. You identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them with minimal oversight. That's terrifying if you're used to being micromanaged. It's incredibly empowering if you want to actually learn and grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
