Data Analytics Intern (Remote – United Kingdom)

About the Opportunity

Our client is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Data Analytics Interns to join their remote team in the United Kingdom. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in analyzing business data, creating insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support business decisions.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and analytical reports for stakeholders.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Work with spreadsheets and business intelligence tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data querying.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
  • Understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
