Data Analytics Manager, 6 months, London/Hybrid, Market Rates (Inside IR35)

A client of mine, a leading digital consultancy are currently looking to hire a Data Analytics Manager to join a prestigious client of theirs in the automotive industry on an initial 6 month contract.

Role Overview

As a Manager in Data Analytics, you will lead the delivery and development of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities across markets, focusing on audience activation, data quality and scalable marketing solutions. You’ll work across technical, marketing and market teams to enable effective, data-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

CDP Operations & Activation

  • Build, validate and deliver audiences for marketing campaigns.
  • Support activation across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta.
  • Resolve audience, activation and platform issues to ensure campaign readiness.

Data Integration & Quality

  • Troubleshoot CDP integrations, APIs, access and data pipeline issues.
  • Identify and resolve data quality and first-party data limitations.
  • Support data governance, taxonomy, metadata and documentation standards.

Audience Strategy & Development

  • Help develop unified audience frameworks and cross-platform standards.
  • Support advanced segmentation, activation and omnichannel use cases.
  • Explore new tools and audience modelling approaches.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the link between markets, marketing teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritise requests across multiple markets.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and coordinate delivery.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Monitor CDP adoption, campaign performance and data accuracy.
  • Investigate reporting discrepancies and identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling and data utilisation.
