Data Analytics Manager

Location: Belfast - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £65,000

We're working with an established professional services organisation looking for a Data Analytics Manager to lead the delivery and development of its data, analytics, AI and digital dashboard capabilities.

This is a genuinely hands-on player-manager role, combining technical development with management of the Power BI environment, delivery priorities, team workload and stakeholder outcomes. You'll remain close to the technology, working directly with data and developing solutions rather than moving into a purely strategic or people-management position.

Key Responsibilities as a Power BI & Data Analytics Manager

  • Manage the day-to-day effectiveness of the Power BI environment, including workspaces, apps, refreshes, deployment, access, security and monitoring.
  • Remain hands-on with Power BI semantic models, Power Query, DAX, reports and dashboards.
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to investigate complex datasets and turn insights into actionable business outcomes.
  • Lead the development of HTML dashboards and analytical applications, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant visualisation tools.
  • Identify and develop practical opportunities for AI, Copilot, AI agents and automation across reporting and business processes.
  • Coordinate BI analysts, developers and data engineers, managing workloads, priorities, delivery quality and technical standards.
  • Lead analytics and AI projects from discovery and prototyping through to delivery, adoption and measuring business value.
  • Promote strong data governance, quality, security and reporting standards across the organisation.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities where data and analytics can improve commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Coach and develop team members while remaining technically hands-on.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
