Data Analytics Manager – PowerBI

Up to £65,000

Belfast – 2 days on-site

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Data and Analytics professional to take ownership of a growing Power BI and analytics environment, combining hands-on technical delivery with team management and stakeholder engagement.

This is a player-manager role rather than a purely strategic management position. You’ll remain close to the technology, building Power BI solutions, working with data, exploring AI opportunities and helping shape how analytics is delivered across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day Power BI environment
  • Build and improve Power BI reports and dashboards using Power Query, DAX and data modelling.
  • Use SQL to interrogate complex datasets.
  • Work with senior stakeholders across areas including Finance, Commercial and Operations
  • Lead and prioritise a backlog of BI, analytics and AI initiatives
  • Explore practical applications of generative AI, Copilot, AI agents and automation across reporting, analysis and business processes.
  • Develop HTML-based dashboards and analytical applications
  • Coordinate BI analysts, developers and data engineers
  • Establish strong standards around data quality, governance, security, testing and the ongoing support of analytical products.
  • Coach and develop members of the BI and analytics team while remaining hands-on technically.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
