Are you ready to shape the future of data?

We’re looking for an experienced Data & Analytics Solutions Architect to join a leading Microsoft Partner, taking ownership of the architecture, design, and delivery of modern data solutions built around the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a varied, client-facing role where you’ll combine technical leadership, solution design, pre-sales, and hands-on delivery, helping organisations turn complex data into actionable insight. With Microsoft Fabric and Power BI at the heart of the practice, you’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while influencing how solutions are designed and delivered.

You will:

  • Lead solution architecture from discovery and pre-sales through to delivery
  • Run workshops to understand customer challenges and define the right solutions
  • Design scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure technologies
  • Create architecture designs, delivery plans, and technical roadmaps
  • Build modern data models, pipelines, and analytics solutions
  • Support technical demonstrations, proposals, and customer conversations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor other consultants
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, helping them maximise the value of their data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
